ESP: Me llamo Mireia y soy psicoterapeuta holística. He abierto este espacio terapéutico para que puedas sanar y encontrar la paz de esas partes de ti mismo/a que te hacen difícil sentirte en casa en tu cuerpo y en tu corazón. Una vez estuve en este lugar de miedo, dolor, pérdida, frustración y además me sentía que no pertenecía a este mundo. Afortunadamente, encontré la psicoterapia y puedo decir fácilmente que me salvó la vida. Ahora, como "sanadora herida", quiero facilitarte esta sanación, tanto online como en persona (si vives en Barcelona).
La psicoterapia es un encuentro entre dos almas. No es una técnica, ni un conjunto de técnicas. Es una relación terapéutica transformadora que nos ayuda a sanar y a crecer. Es un lugar donde puedes ser tú mismo/a y no sentirte juzgado/a sino apoyado/a. Donde tus miedos vienen a ser presenciados y transformados. Tu dolor se transmuta en crecimiento. Es uno de los viajes más satisfactorios que puedes experimentar en esta vida. Estoy aquí cuando estés preparada/o.
ENG: My name is Mireia and I am a holistic psychotherapist. I have opened this therapeutic space for you to heal and find peace from those parts of yourself that make it hard for you to feel at home in your body and in your heart. I was once in this place of fear, pain, loss, frustration and really feeling like I didn't belong in this world. Fortunately, I found psychotherapy and I can easily say that it saved my life. Now, as a wounded healer, I want to facilitate this healing for you, both online or in-person (if you live in Barcelona).
Psychotherapy is a meeting between two souls. It is not a technique, nor a set of techniques. It is a transformative therapeutic relationship that helps us heal and grow. It is a place where you can be yourself and not feel judged but supported. Where your fears come to be witnessed and transformed. Your pain becomes transmuted into growth. It is one of the most fulfilling journeys you can experience in this lifetime. I´m here when you are ready.
